Dow Chemical announced on April 25th that it has selected Linde Company as its industrial natural gas partner to supply clean hydrogen and nitrogen to its net zero carbon emissions integrated ethylene cracking unit and its derivative factory located in Saskatchewan, Alberta, Canada. The final investment decisions for both Dow and Linde projects require approval from their respective boards of directors and regulatory agencies. It is expected that a final investment decision will be made in the fourth quarter of this year, and the first phase may start in 2027.
