Performance and application
The appearance of silicone oil antifoamer depends on its type. Its main components are polydimethylsiloxane, polyether modified silicone, emulsifier and water.
Application Industry
1. It could be used to defoam the foam in waste water (Z-25A, SA30, T20A-2).
2. It could be used in desulphurization of power stations, industrial washing and low-temperature coating (SA30).
3. It could be used in PVC construction material paints or other antifoaming system which cannot apply organic silicon (T-10A).
4. It could be used in water-based abrasive paste (T20A-2).
5. It could be used to antifoam high-viscosity waste water and evaporation system (Z-25A).
6. It could be used to food processing (D20).
Packaging and storage
Packed in 25kg, 50kg or 200kg plastic drums or other required packages. Storage at ventilate and dry place and prevention from water, heat and fire. Keep away from alkalis and acids substances and lead. It is non-hazardous substance. Be careful when loading and unloading to avoid damages of the package. During transporting, protect against damp, water, acid and alkali. The expiry period is 6 months (if the analysis result shows it fits the specification it could be used as well even though it is expired).
