Polyamide 6 (PA6) granules are a common engineering plastic, usually transparent to light yellow. It has excellent mechanical properties, including high strength, impact resistance and wear resistance, while maintaining stable physical properties at high temperatures and good resistance to oil and a variety of chemicals. PA6 is widely used in the automotive industry (such as gears and seals), electronics and electrical (insulating materials and connector housings), mechanical engineering (slides and guides), and consumer products (home appliances and sports equipment), becoming an important engineering material.
