Wacker Acquires New Company

According to Wacker's news on May 8th, Wacker Chemical Group acquired all shares of contract manufacturer ADL Biopharmaceutical from Kartesia Financial Investment Company. Last week, Walker signed an agreement with Kartesia to complete the transaction. After acquiring some fermentation equipment in Lyon, northern Spain in 2016, the chemical group has now become the owner of the entire production base.
