Samsung tries to increase the productivity of P3 factory which is located in Pyeongtaek, South Korea. This factory will bring more productivity on 12-feet silicon wafers which are sued for DRAM storage chips. P3 factory is the largest factory of Samsung’s chip manufacturing.
