Performance and application
It is colorless or lightly yellow oily liquid. It is the dispersion of polydimethylsiloxane and resins in toluene. It is high-viscosity liquid and has excellent adhesion. It has few smokes and it is not non-poisoned. It has good stability, heating resistance and could avoid carbon precipitation. It also has excellent weather resistance, humid resistance and electrical isolation.
Application Industry
1. It could be used in the manufacturing of fire-resistance mica types and high-temperature pressure sensitive adhesive tapes.
2. It could be used in masking tapes or gummed tapes.
3. It could be used directly as the adhesive for metals and non-metals.
Packaging and storage
Packed in 200kg iron drums or other required packages. Storage at ventilate and dry place and prevention from water, heat and fire. Keep away from alkalis and acids substances and lead. It is non-hazardous substance. Be careful when loading and unloading to avoid damages of the package. During transporting, protect against damp, water, acid and alkali. The expiry period is 6 months (if the analysis result shows it fits the specification it could be used as well even though it is expired).
