Performance and application
It is colorless oily liquid. PSA Series Silicone Pressure Adhesive is made by using polysiloxane raw adhesive and resin to be the basis and to add toluene solvent as auxiliaries. It is a widely-used heating-resistance pressure sensitive adhesive. It could be used in a wide range of temperatures and could stick to many kinds of materials which have low surface energies.
Application Industry
1. It could be used as pressure sensitive adhesive to be painted on coating cloths through traditional high-temperature painting device to coat in on PET, aluminum and other foundation materials to make further pressure sensitive adhesive for unique purposes.
2. It could be used in circuit board manufacturing processes.
Packaging and storage
Packed in 200kg iron drums or other required packages. Storage at ventilate and dry place and prevention from water, heat and fire under 0 ~ 35℃. Keep away from alkalis and acids substances and lead. It is non-hazardous substance. Be careful when loading and unloading to avoid damages of the package. During transporting, protect against damp, water, acid and alkali. The expiry period is 6 months (if the analysis result shows it fits the specification it could be used as well even though it is expired).
