Needs of New Energy Car Keep Increasing in Thailand

It is according to the report from Auto Life Thailand, the government of Thailand is taking methods on helping the industry to promote new energy cars more effective.

In Thailand, BYD’s sales will get a discount of 6,000 USD. It is according to Thailand’s statics, the total production of cars in Thailand of 2022 is 1.72 million and 0.96 million of them are exported which has an increment rate of 30.35% to compare with the amount in 2020. The number is also the largest among all ASEAN nations. Today’s Thailand’s car parts are mostly manufactured in its domestic factories and the other parts are imported from Japan, China, Germany, the U.S. and Indonesia. The main exported nation of its cars are America, Japan, Indonesia, Malaysia and China.
