The product, called CAVAMAX® Foam Topping Powder, contains cyclodextrin and is designed for making fruity toppings for cakes and desserts. It gives the filling a smooth appearance and a fine, creamy texture.

CAVAMAX® Foam Topping Powder 1009 is a cyclodextrin containing, ready-to-use formulation to create creamy and tasty foam toppings in combination with various drink bases such as water, juice, tea, milk, plant based milk and others.

The stuffing made with CAVAMAX® is low in fat, has good stability, is not easy to collapse, and is easy to operate in the production process (it can be whipped with a chef's machine). The whipped juice will not be denatured when mixed with cream (even juice with a lower pH can be whipped), and the taste will be refreshing.
