Texas Instruments said on Wednesday that it would build a second 300 mm semiconductor wafer manufacturing plant in Leahy, Utah, USA, as part of its $11 billion investment in Utah. After the completion of the second factory, it will merge with the existing factory and eventually operate as a factory.
