On June 13, 2024, Wacker Chemie AG held an opening ceremony for the WACKER House in Munich.

According to reports, the WACKER House is located in Munich's Werksviertel business district, adjacent to the East Train Station, and was built by Patrizia Real Estate. The WACKER House has five floors, and each WACKER department has its own "base camp" here.

All designs inside the building are aimed at facilitating flexible and interactive work. Buildings are no longer used, and many WACKER products, especially silicone and polymer products, are used.

In addition, the building's lobby has a specially designed reception desk using polished polysilicon in a silicone resin matrix. The WACKER Pension Fund purchased the new property in 2022, most of which is used by WACKER itself, and some space has been sublet.
