On April 17, 2023, Semperit announced that it will acquire 100% of the shares of Rico Group GmbH, a leading supplier of silicone injection molds and manufacturer of liquid silicone components worldwide. The acquisition agreement was signed in Upper Austria on the 17th. Delivery is expected in the third quarter of 2023.
