According to the plan, a new production line will be built at the Berghausen production base by early 2025, which will significantly increase production capacity by over 50% compared to now. The etching process of polycrystalline silicon blocks is a key production step to ensure the material surface cleanliness requirements for semiconductor applications. The overall investment scale of this project is expected to exceed 300 million euros, which can create more than 100 new jobs at the Wackerberg Hausen production base and create more job opportunities for partner companies.
